CXC Architects was founded in 1983 by Mark Cigolle and Kim Coleman as Cigolle X Coleman, Architects. Reid Cigolle joined the firm in 2013. The history of our work has been primarily focused on live-work houses; investigating flexible programming and the nature of mixing personal and professional spaces. For most of our projects, CXC has also performed as the developer and the general contractor, further informing our work as architects. Our office is located in Venice, CA.
